Extremely Disappointed with Amazon Pharmac
I would strongly advise against using Amazon Pharmacy. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
They seem to forget that they are dealing with people who rely on medications.
My prescription was filled but mistakenly sent to my previous address, where my ex-partner lives. Although they acknowledged their error and apologized multiple times, the solution they provided is unacceptable. They will not resend my prescription until it is returned, which is impossible due to ongoing legal issues.
They are also requiring me to get a new prescription, meaning Ill have to schedule another doctor's appointment and wait even longer.
This level of service is deeply concerning, especially for those who need timely access to their medications. I hope they can improve their processes in the future.
Preferred solution: overnight the prescription with out all the hassle!!!! They made the error

No shipment
They held my shipment because 1 one of the medications was out of stock, so they held the other 4 four INCLUDING MY INHALER!!! when I asked them to transfer my medication to a local pharmacy they told me that they didn't have a "transfer department" They said to call my doctor and ask for more prescriptions.
When I asked why didn't contact me to tell me instead of making me wait for the medications that never arrived they hung up the phone.
So here I am waiting for the release of my medication that has been captured hostage on Pillpack. Oh yes, they already withdrew the money from my bank account!!!

Disappointing Service and Unmet Promises
I recently placed an order with Amazon Pharmacy because they promised same-day delivery on Monday. However, after placing the order, I received an email stating the updated delivery would be on Wednesday.
I needed my medicine right away, so I called customer service to cancel the order. To my frustration, I was told that they do not accept cancellations for medicine orders. This is unacceptable, especially when it concerns people's health. Amazon's promise of same-day delivery was not honored, which forced me to go to CVS to place my order.
Unfortunately, I couldn't use my insurance at CVS because Amazon had already processed it. Despite this, I preferred to pay the regular price because my health is more important than money.
Amazon Pharmacy appears to prioritize profit over customer well-being. Please avoid ordering from them if you value your health and timely access to medication.

Absolutely awful
Never filled my prescriptions, my provider has to send them back to Kroger, my wife is now dealing with the nightmare of her doctor's office thinks it was filled because Amazon claims to have filled it when they didn't.

Fleeced me with automatic refills
Their automatic refills get filled before your insurance will pay for them, billing you instead, and they'll refuse to charge it back.

- Will take advantage of your lack of knowledge

Too many disappointments to add here. Poor procedures.

Horrendous
Multiple emails, texts and notifications that contradict the others! Your prescription needs renewal, okay do it.
It has been ordered, then says denied by your doctor, then checking for scientific blah blah. Call the doctor ask why denied they are clueless. After about 20 texts and emails saying ordered, shipped, denied, shipped, another saying over the insurance limit amount of pills reduced. Oh and the prices are NOT cheaper than your insurance.
I figured I would try it out. I will not continue using after I get all of my RX due!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Still not happy but issue resolved.
OPT OUT! Insurance surprise forced this upon me, now cant get refills due to Amazons own faulty system.

Amazon gave a window estimate later than I would like after I had placed the order. I immediately contacted their support team to try to cancel so I could transfer it to a local pharmacy.
They shipped it while I was on the chat. The customer support is a joke, they keep repeating that things are out of their control and that it is now UPS' problem.
These are people's medications you're dealing with, not some dishwashing soap or dog poo bags. Do not use Amazon Pharmacy.

THEY TAKE ORDERS AND DON'T TELL YOU THEY DON'T HAVE THE MEIDICINE
I ordered a drug. I transferred my prescription to Amazon Pharmacy.
A few days later they indicated they were working on some undisclosed issue and I should check back in 1-2 days. I called today and they eventually told me they don't; have the medicine and have no idea when they will get it. They still let people order the drug on their website!
NOT A REAL PHARMACY! NOT HONEST ABOUT WHAT IS IN STOCK.

Prices are high
Their prices are way to expensive if you have no insurance. Try Good RX and I save way much more money.
Even if you have insurance, double check your price against your copay. You may still save a lot

Dealing with Amazon Paharmacy is a nightmare,Worst experince ever!
They always have issues delivering insulin pens, they constantly take orders they can't deliver within a week, they cancel order without notice. Order took 4 days to arrive, Dbox was opened, Ice packs were water and registering over 90 degrees on inferred thermometer. Insulin was registering just under 90 degrees

Another 7 day delay/wait time for a prescription from this incompetent pharmacy. Books may have taken this place to the heavens, but their pharmacy is gonna taken them to the grave.

Don't understand why prospects are expected to switch to Amazon Pharmacy without FIRST allowing/inviting them to FIRST get more information regarding, for example, detailed info re: pricing and how the system works. Also, too many/key negative reviews = discouraging further interest.
